qualification:
a degree in law with 3-5 years related experience with experience with local law and commercial transactions;
language competency a plus, german and english proficiency is a must;
excellent verbal and written communication skills;
knowledge of the pc retail market and the telco industry and financial modeling/p&l;
command presence and presentation skills;
strong project management skills, certifications a plus;
strong analytical capability and decision making skills;
good leadership and coordinating skills;
good communication and interpersonal skills & strong organiaztional agiilty;

the global conusmer cusotmer develpoment team has an opening for a sales support contracts advisor. the individual will:
follow contract processes, including supporting sales in negotiations (face to face/over the phone, etc), across all parts of the contract;
support sales with moderate to high complexity contracts and high velocity of standard contracts;
own the process of negotiating through internal and external customers to arrive at consensus, bringing in extended team expertise, drive negotiations & standard deal terms where possible while executing to governing guidelines and business controls provisions;
ensure contract terms are favorable to dell, and bringing in executive presence as needed;
identifies issues/process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience;
handle after sales support and coordination for effective contract execution and retention;
owns the delivery of executed contracts in the regional pipeline (per quarter/per annum), including needed approvals,
in this role, signatures, etc.
