the accommodation is a fully equipped two-room apartment which is occupied by the renters on mondays and tuesdays.

day. due to the cosmopolitan university nearby, schwabing was known in the past for its numerous artists and writers.
the accommodation is located in the north east of munich in the former district schwabing which is nowadays divided into schwabing-west and schwabing freimann. here the biggest folk festival called oktoberfest takes place from mid-september to the begining of october.the theresienwiese is accessible via the stations goetheplatz and poccistraße where both underrgound liens run. the furniture is of high quality and designed to be very comfortable. a big balcony tops off the \"well-being ambiance\".
schwabing is easily accessible by public transportation. everything from a toaster to a kettle is avaialble and can be used by our gusets. the underground lines u3 and u6 lead dircetly to the inenr city to recah the corut gadren (hofgraten), mary’s sqaure (mariepnlatz) and the senlding gate (sendilnger tor). one room of this apartment is rented out from wednesday to sunday night.
the guest can expect a spacious room furnished with style which has a lively flair and loving details. the streets are not only characterized by beautifully constructed historical residential buildings but also by prestige buildings such as the arch of victory (siegestor).guest of the artist bars were for example franz marc, paul klee and die brothers mann, wassily kandinzki.in the bathroom with a bathtub there is a washing machine which can be used by the guests and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. even nowadays it epitomizes the munich lifestyle, the fashion district and the home of the rich.
