·assumes client-facing role as needed in participating in yellow pad presentations and other customer briefings.

·understands and can readily articulate how their tower or solution integrates with the larger holistic solution for the client.can explain how does the solution meets the client's goals and objectives.ideally in commercial deals
·extensive project management experience in it environment
·in-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure (servers, operating systems, virtualization, data management, databases, management software)
·proven capability of designing data centre outsourcing proposals for large outsourcing opportunities ($100 million and above)
·proven track record of winning outsourcing opportunities,
·ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed, and that documentation is handed over
tower lead:
·five or more years experience in technical solution design for complex it environments.
·while possessing good technical knowledge, they must have a developed business acumen.
·ensures an hp competitive advantage.proposal manager and bid manager,
·interfaces with the solution lead.exhibits a confidence in the solution but also exhibits flexibility and willingness to listen and adapt.
·clearly articulates solutions for the tower and explains why the solution is what it is and why that approach is of value to the client (understands the pros and cons of the solution).
·keeps to the schedule.timelines and manpower (both supplier and client), this includes major milestones.
·provides performance feedback for tower team members to their leaders.
·leads the tower smes on a day-to-day basis to manage the schedule and assignments.
