hi, welcome to berlin! we are very close to the \"freie universität berlin\" (fu). everything is very simple. washing machine, fridge and freezer as well as the bathroom are to share, kitchen, dryer.i answer all the other questions with pleasure by email.german and thai, we speak english. free wireless internet is included. no drugs, and no animals! the bright room for rent has aprpox, we (marired copule) are looikng only for non smkoer.we have 1 baby and 1 todlder!, just to tell you rihgt away, so you should be fine with that.the room has: a bed with mattress, bed sheet and pillows/blankets, a wall shelf as well as a wardrobe of wood, a table and chair, carpet.is in the ec with terrace, the flat has a total of 72m2.a grocery store is nearby, 14 square metres and is located in (berlin zehlendorf, close to u3 / metro/ underground).
