2 minutes walking distance brings you straight to the main entrance of the fest. you will have it all for yourself. which includes a large living/sleeping room and a kitchen that is also the bathroom, i offer my apartment.it will be a bit loud at night as long as oktoberfest goes on. please resepct the neigbhors. if you patry it won\'t last long till a frinedly neighbor rings the doorbell.
i live in a pretty building along with some elderly seniors. in other words: no parties.
