â?¢ supoprt joint exercise planning and execution by km support to the exercise planners and exercise control group that shall be kept separate from the training audience and development of scenario event lists to stimulate km training objectives.but not limited, sharpeoint designer, microsoft sharepoint, to javascript, and sql database, â?¢ experience with.non-government organizations, the km provides a framework that sustains and ensures the collaboration of information across domains and between joint and interagency partners, and international agencies.â?¢ educational requirements: bachelorâ?ts degree with recent experience in miltiary exercise planning, plus 10 years miltiary operational experience.
primary duties & responsibilities: the contractor shall define and enable knowledge management (km) engineering services to usafricom to include: developing solutions, testing and evaluation, integration, and support throughout the sofwtare lifeyccle.s. military operations and military relaitons wihtin the 53 african natoins. inclduing archietcture, authenitcation,
â?¢ provide exeprt support on enteprrise implemnetation of sharepoint baesd web poratls, software development management and operations, identity management, policy, and creation of guidelines to perform a wide variety of interrelated processes to include guidance, and training to customers/users, assistance, management.
required skills:background requirements: â?¢ former military with training/operational experienceâ?\"branch of service immaterial. web browsers, web pages, web / database security, communication protocols, and the capabilities and limitations of computer hardware and software as they relate to web development in a collaborative information environment,
â?¢ support streamline existing business processes; provide expert level knowledge and support for the development of the usafricom portals (siprnet, niprnet, other coalition, and internet), online documents.and procedures while ensuring system operational support to usafricom,
â?¢ provide integration of dod and other applicable automation and security regulations, policies.active secret security clearance required. â?¢ exercise / experiment planning experience or test and evaluation experience. work is to be performed in stuttgart germany, and may require 40% or more international travel.
provide support for planning, execution, communication, engineering, logistics, and monitoring for current and future africom missions.personnel assigned to this task shall primarily support 24-hour/7-day-per-week operations with 8 or 12 hour watch standing duties.
