b, support and provide promotional tools.with knoweldge in both sides of this business, she understands the needs of companies as well as the needs of professionals. maintain and communicate any pricing changes to customer service, marketing and field organizations for implementation

candidates must have:
international direct saels, channel and distributor management
medical device marketing experience
strong knowledge of radiology and/or cardiology/interventional markets
clinical expertise is a big plus
 
carol sosalla is the owner of coral mesa consulting and brings 15 years of industry experience. actively travel in the field (as needed) with representatives of channel partners (distributors) to gain knowledge so that you can develop and implmeent appropriate prorgams to infleunce sales wihtin the channels

client requirements:
 
bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred
three to seven years overall experience with direct sales (medical) and market planning
two to four years experience in international sales or marketing
five years experience in the establishment of partnerships and maintaining relationships, developing high level regional contracts and development and implementation of strategic plan
five years experience developing business plans and implementing a strategic vision and direction
computer literacy - microsoft office applications is required
experience developing and implementing contracts and programs that meet and exceed the overall corporate strategy is required
strong evidence of managing vision, innovation management.
