7 very comfortable apartments in a turn of the century villa with award winning court yard, in a lively and international neighborhood in munich... the kitchen is separate and fully equipped and has a dishwasher as well. there is one bathroom - it has a bath and a large window, though.

the apartments vary in size.a flat screen tv, the large living room with a double sofa beds a dining table and chairs, and a pinao is faliy big (30 sm).
the aparmtent with its 78m² is on the fisrt floor and 6 pepole can sleep there comfortably. 10 minutes from the famous marienplatz, it\'s right next to an undergroud stop.there is an oriental style room with a double bed and views of the lush green garden and the second bedroom with a double bed combination, inspired by our last stay by the ocean.
