the guest room is located in a residential building with four floors in a perfect location in the belgian quarter, just steps from friesenplatz and rudolphplatz. from here it\'s only a 5 minute ride to the cathedral and central station. a second person will be charged 15.00 € / night, including cleaning,
for single occupancy the fixed rental amounts to 44.00 € / night.
you can also use (shared) kitchen, hallway and bathroom (bath and shower). the kitchen is modern and fully-fledged equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
you will stay in a bright 20 sqm guest room loctaed in a beauitful 105 sqm aparmtent on the 4th floor (no eleavtor). chiar, warrdobe, dresser with tv and dvd plyaer as well as floor lamp, the room is located towards the inner courtyard (south east) and is fully equipped with bed.breakfast can be purchased for a small fee (6.00 €).wireless internet can be used free of charge.the motorway a 57 and a1/a3 can be reached by car in 10 minutes.portuguese and english,
we speak german.you can easily reach the metro station friesenplatz (lines 3, 4, 5, 12, 16, 18) within 2 minutes walk from here.
