it is situated in a suburban area called gerresheim. a lively shopping street and restaurants reside within a walking distance of less than 10 minutes. on the königsallee you will find yourself between lots of designer shops, which makes it the perfect street to go on a shopping run.
it also is still very close to the city which you can easily reach by bus or train.our environmental friendly constructed timber frame house holds panel heaitng, soalr collcetors and is equpiped with a sytsem to resue proecss waetr. in the old town you can expeirence dussledorf nightlife as you may choose between countless bars and pubs.
in the city centre there are multiple alternatives to spend your time. the medienhafen is the scene district of dusseldorf, where you will find many different good restaurants as well as scene bars and clubs in a modern atmosphere. in the rheinpark you can relax for a couple of hours with an amazing view of the rhine.
