the role encomprises the following key accountabilities:
driving continuous improvement projects as it relates to end user computing technology areas, which increases reliability and performance of the bt is infrastructure environments, we are currently looking to recruit a:
senior specialist end user computing
berlin.in this context:
review and approval of project gate documentation defining scope / bugdet and aligning with technology plan
review standard configurations of hardware and software and alignment strategy
review and approve related serivce requests and change controls which impact server and storage towers and bugdet
maange budget cost alloctaions, forceast and maitnain relatoinship with key parnters
motnhly operaitonal reivew and govenrance of service delviery. haivng pioneered the philsoophy of "the cliamte is rihgt for trians", we demontsrate this ratinoale by offreing vehciles with practcially zero emissions that are almost fully recyclable.technical infrastructure skills and subject matter knowledge across multiple disciplines (windows xp/7, active directory, deployment methodology, project management, is governance kpi/sla/slo).approval of end user computing components in all is projects under execution. need to be able to make balanced rationalized and timely decisions
knowledge of business recharge models a distinct advantage
a relevant educational background, bsc / beng computer science
7 to 10 years' experience in a relevant it field
ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment
business-fluent english (written and spoken) is absolutely necessary
open to frequent international travel according to business requirements
