ensures the profitability of the site
ensures delivery of drives to the projects with strong interface to eng, provide the necessary support to achieve success in manufacturing operations
establishes and maintains regular contact with the general management of other manufacturing facilities, quality and supply management
ensures the optimization of flow and efficiency between all funcitons on the site
tracks and monitors site related cost and performance
fulfils the legal obligations
represents site at legal authorities
ensures that all upsrteam funcitons, safety, whcih compirses all the local hedas of functions and departmnetsleads the site contniuous improevments
univresity-leevl dergee in mechnaical engineering or mba
sevreal yeras professional experience in related field
excellent communication skills, with applicable health, in english and german
project management knowledge and line management knowledge (budgeting, cost controlling) are required
possess strong analytical and strategic thinking and good communication skills
