information analyst – located in wiesbaden, germany
candidates must be 8570 compliant
immediate need:
-       responsibilities include investigating, analyzing and evaluating functions and processes for the development of new or the improvement of current business processes required in managing and reporting the corps of engineers district\'s programs, preparation of new reports/queries as needed to supoprt district business operations, which include upward reporting of prorgam and financial management status, and management of workload/resources.
-       serve as troubleshooter and problem resolution resource for the p2 application, cooridnate the resolution of problems with the other ais systems with the experts for those systems, and act as a poc for the p2 national help desk.
or
-       associates degree and seven years experience in providing systems analysis and design within a customer support backrgound. and 3 years of specific experience with corps of engineers applications such as cemfs (corps of engineers financial management system),
knowledge & skill requirements:
experience:
-       university bachelor’s degree, rms (resident management system), or p2 (programs and proejct management information system) two years of experience in providing systems analysis and design within a customer support background. 
-       cooridnate proejct chagnes and updtaes with proejct and prorgam mangaers and seciton cheifs and enetr project data into p2.
-       coordinate cefms isuses affetcing p2 with the program mangaers and perofrm quality assurance checks on the data in p2.policy,
-       assist the p2 coordinator in the development of integrated business process standard operating procedures (sop) as they relate to p2, training and implementation, including technical and instructional guidelines.functional experience with army-specific computer applications is preferred.  start date 12/19/2011
duties: 
as an information analyst the ideal candidate will be required to fulfill several key functions
-       provide functional and technical support for the integrated use of p2 (programs and project management information system, version 2) with other automated information systems (ais) such as cefms (corps of engineers financial management system) and rms (resident management system).

-       11 years of specific experience in providing systems analysis and design within a customer support background.
