accountability/scope:
reports to area operations training manager or a regional training manager:
, europe - uk.inclduing needs assessment, support unqiue cusotmer consluting reqeusts, and implemnetation of solution, design, ensruing that resluts meet or execed cusotmer satisafction expecattions; enagge the approrpiate ald and bhr stfaf when respnoding to unqiue cusotmer reqeusts

. support establishment of the abbott learning and development organization
the training manager will interface and partner with:
. delivering learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes while managing and responding to learner needs
specifically, the training manager is responsible for each of the following in an assigned geography:
. area training operations senior managers for americas, asia pacific africa and europe
. meet or exceed the required number of days of classroom delivery/year as established by the scheduling process

education requirements bachelor\'s degree required. experience working in virtual teams preferred.
the training manager will be responsible for:
. 3 - 5 years in training facilitation required.supports and implements standardized processes
. support core and critical customer requests related to scheduled training, ensuring that results meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations
