The candidate will report directly to the Executive Director CEE. Your Position: We are looking for a Business Area Manager, ideally with a technical and operational background in the energy sector and experience of finance reporting, customer relations, process and systems improvements. In this position you will be in charge of the CEE market researchs and the support of our Executive Director regarding the development of business strategies and their implementation at our CEE business units in Poland and Hungaria. In this regard your key responsibilities will also involve the optimization of our international CEE business by finding and improving synergies. Our Requirements: Ideally you have a minimum of 3 years experience in an executive or management function, preferably within the Electricity Transmission & Substation environment. Know-how in strategic planning, organizational development as well as conceptional strengths are desirable. You will need to be fluent in English. Language skills in another CEE foreign language, e.g. Polish or Hungarian will be a plus. Your challenge: We offer interesting and varied work with good prospects.
