sublet 50 square meters of my live in studio on sch nhauser allee for a year. your security deposit is returned when you leave the flat as you found it.artists or graphic artists who need an open spcae to work and live in, this space is available for travellers.there is also a double bookshelf and a couch to sleep in so if you want to have a nice space to live in with a terrace and garden this may be a good start for you in berlin. it is central and a good place to have a base to get to know berlin. there is a kitchen space that is fully equpiped with stvoe, refridegrator and wasihng macihne. this space is loctaed on sch nhasuer alele close to the metro and sbahn and there are shops and restaurants all around. cancellations must be made a month in advance so if you want to leave the flat you must let know at the end of the month and then you can move out a month afterwards. it is furnished with a large table to use for art work, design work or however you like. i will keep my sleeping room and will come for brief visits to berlin and will only share the toilet and shower when i am there.
