technical skills/knowledge (if required):
is generalist knowledge
itil expert - experience of implementing model in a $20bn business
experience of implementing itil tools (remedy /
experience with data analytics such as acl or ms excel to cross reference and correlate data
experience of qualitative and quantative metrics on a similar size estate (22,000 desktops, 2,000 servers and 20,000 network devices)
experience of capacity planning a distinct advantage.
