your key responsibilities:
assist with the creation and development of a european employee and hr compilance centre of excellence
develop and execute er strategies which align and contribute to european business and er & mrc goals
proactive and thought leadership in the interpretation of current and pending european /eu employment legislation and its impacts on the business; act as a specialist on employee data privacy management with special emphasis on germany
act as a bridge between hq/functional/project leaders and hr country leaders in order to develop a more effective and efficient change management process; contribute to the creation of a central clearing house for loacl european work council activity in order to effectively forecast and manage information/consultation activity
create and develop a more effective framework for conducting hr compliance activity across the region
manage and coordinate the er impact of complex business tranfsers and/or transcations ensruing full compliance with local laws and regultaions
estalbish and maitnain enligthened and progrsesive worikng relatinoships with govenrment boides, empolyer federations and benchmarking groups.
masters degree in business administration with focus on hr management and additional legal education, masters of law or equivalent education
a track record of success within a highly matrixed multi-national environment
experience of er/ employment law /hr generalist with w strong focus on er, in-depth knowledge of pan european employment legislation and er framework
experience of working with works councils and employee representatives across europe
fluent german and english speaker
