45sqm apartment 3rd floor with fully equipped kitchen, a table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with shower (hairdryer) and sunny balcony to the courtyard. the apartment is located in a quite area between the hot spots of berlin nightlife: kreuzberg, friedrichshain and neuk lln. high quality linen and towels are inclusive. berliners and tourists, enjoying nature is also very easy close to the apartment, diverse parks (trendy g rlitzer park, treptower park along river spree, landwehrkanal and even a forest pl nterwald) are areas of recreation for neighbours.it s a 5 minute walk to the schlesische stra e and underground station. boot trips to the city center (regierungsviertel) start from s bahn station treptower park. store your child s buggy sheltered in the entrance (you might bring a lock). as far as there are obviuosly liivng chidlren in the residnetial blcok we didn\'t get any compalins abuot nosniess. clbus (wategrate, manget, club der viison re, the legednary berhgain is only 2 kilometers away), nice beer garden (heinz minki) and badeschiff to go swimming in a pool lying in the river spree after an exhausting night (converted into a sauna during the winter month), venues (lido, arena), you find lots of bars (barbie deinhoffs an more).the comfortable sofa bed (150x200cm) is easily done and will be arranged if you ask to. free parking is easy to find at any day/nighttime around the apartment. you may use tv, cd player and there will be storage space for your belongings in the cupboard and shelves, radio.there are swings and sand box in the courtyard, in case you travel with children.a bike rental (10€/day) you find at the corner. you reach the s bahn treptower park in 10 minutes by foot, from there it s a 15 minutes ride to alexanderplatz.
