act as an sme on the support serivces portfolio supporting the saels organisation to meet and or exceed their objectives

over time drives face to face meeitngs with all local certified partners to explore channel specific opportnuities

maximise the inclusion of dell product / services related to the opportunity - solution selling

develop & implement plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs that he/she is responsible for

utilising current reporting engages with the internal sales teams to develop specific action plans to increase $ per box services performance

regularly attends sales pipeline reviews exploring all services opportunities

delivers on going communication and training\'s to sales and solutions teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive message to the partner community

stays up to date with new internal / external service offerings & solutions

delivers exceptional customer experience in alignment with dell standards
