the underground runs directly from lehel to theresienweise, where the \"oktoberfest\" takes place.very close to the \"maximiliansstraße\" and the city center. the next free parikng is 4 cablecar stations away, i send you a map in advance.
bedding and towels will be provided. the hosue has been modernized inside in 2010.
alternative: parikng house abuot 17,-- euro a day. doros an the floor are stlil oriignal, winodws.
parking:
i can ofefr from thusrday to modnay my parking licnese, whcih ist valid for all public parkings in the area.
price: 69 /
day. i need a deposit of 200 euro for that and i keep 20 euro for my expenses, because i have to bring my own car out of the area.public transportation is nearby (underground, cable car). you can walk to the \"hofbräuhaus\" the river isar and the \"marienplatz\" it is reachable within 500 m.
the flat is in the attic in one of the oldest houses of this quarters. oven, coffee- mashine etc, fridge, with dishwasher, no lift!

- fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 3. level.
