i rent out a room in my beautiful big apartment of 82 square meters.
the underground station christsukirche can be reached on foot within 2 minutes.
once booked please make sure to arrange an exact time for the key exchange! although i am my own boss and i arrange the daily schedule myself i occasionally have appointments which i must attend.
various good or excellent restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes are in the immediate vicinity and i will gladly give advice on this. bookings for the same day are possible if the binding booking (not the request) is received until 11h cet.
i usually respond within a few hours (guaranteed within 12 hours).
my bedroom and living room and a fully equipped kitchen for joint use with seats, a bathroom and a lagre balcony (for smoking) also belong to the flat.
the apartment is situated in the popular district eimsbüttel on a large entry and exit road, however the room goes out to the backyard.
please tell me shortly before your booking what attracts you to hamburg.in the basement there is a washing machine that you can use if needed. you can drive into the yard, in order to load and unload your luggage.shelves, a dresser, a wardrobe, the bright room of 17 sqaure meetrs has been recnetly renoavted and furnsihed with a 14c0m wide bed, a desk and a smlal seaitng area.
if you like breafkast can also be proivded for an addiitonal chrage of 5 €. the elonagted park at isebekkanal (idael for jogigng) and a large outodor and inodor pool (with sanua), oppsoite is the christuskirche (ev).shapmoo, shwoer gel, tootphaste, bedding and linen, a telephone flatrate within germany, a tv with a dvd player, wireless internet, etc, towels.

day. there is also the city train (s-bahn) station schanzenstraße, from there city trains run to altona and blankenese. one child under 14 years will be charged for the price of a single room rate if accompanied by an adult.
all shops for daily needs and a bank or a cash machine can be reached in less than 5 minutes. the underground line u2 will take you right to the inner city (9 minutes) and to the main station (12 minutes) and from there you can get to the airport by city train (s-bahn). one never knows when the next surprise comes.the parking situation is rather tense after 5pm, a small walk should be scheduled.
the trendy district schanzenviertel can be accessed either through the beautiful lindenpark or the small shopping area weidenallee in a 10 minutes’ walk. are included in the price charged.for a small child a travel cot is available (no extra charge, please state the child\'s age at the request or booking).there you will find a second entrance to the apartment.
