main tasks:
estalbish and maitnain the contractual obligations matrix liaising with core team functions to ensure obligations are understood and effecitvely implemented within the respective functional activities.technical or commercial degree
at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
in dept knowledge of the contractual and legal concepts
proven experience in a technical environment
excellent communication skills and able to integrate fast and smoothly
fluent in both english and german
willing to travel for the job

establish and maintain the contract adminitsration proecss ensruing that all communciations to and from customer (and consortium partner) are effectively mangaed accodring to contractual requierments and bt polciies, ensruing that a prpoer arcihve is mainatined throguhout the project lifeyccle. implmeent the cliams management process within the project to ensure effective identification and resolution of claims ensuring legal support if obtained in a timely manner.

the project contract manager is responsible to support the project manager and lead the project core team in contractual obligation management, contract administration and claim management with regards to the customer (and consortium partner) contract(s) and similarly support procurement with regards to supplier contracts. revenue and margins,
establish and implement, jointly with the project manager, through effective administration of the contract and the implementation of a variation order and claim management processes, the project commercial strategy towards the customer (and consortium partner) continuously seeking opportunities for improvement of the project's commercial situation through growth of project scope.project contract manager (m/w)
