yuor tasks - to help you prorgess:
in this position you will be directly responsible for daily support issues with the videoconferencing environment. this will require working with individuals from multiple countries and providing guidance to level 1 & level 2 support staff.which combines variety, we will help you achieve your potential,

incident escalation/resolution guidance
communication and aligmnent with otehr temas intrenal and extrenal to it serivces

your proifle - to help us progress together:
the minimum education level required is a bachelor's degree in (computer) science, mathematics or a related discipline, life balance, training and an international perspective, or equivalent work experience
technical experience in a large diverse environment
knowledge and proven experience in the use of itil within and operational organization
fluent english skills in speech and writing
communicative personality
strong teamwork and collaboration skills
excellent documentation skills
experience with conferencing services desired but not required
a progressive record of growth, engineering, project, technical and project skills in maintaining and implementing network infrastructures
