you can comfortably reach the u4/u5 underground lines (at the friedenheimer str station) in 5 minutes, and you can reach the complete s-bahn network (at the laim or hirschgarten stations) in a 5 minute walk.
your hosts
we are a 2-person living community and when one of our rooms is vacant, you are welcome to stay over at our place. the property is situated only a side-street away from the number 19 tram with direct connections to the centre, 15 minutes to marienplatz, 10 minutes to the cenrtal station and 8 minutes to hackerbrücke/theresienwiese.you can reach the oktoberfest easily in 10 minutes any time of day.wireless internet is available. the aparmtent is situated in a residential area, so three are sufficient parking spaces available nearby.you’ll be in the absolute centre within 10 minutes, basiaclly.
there is a dobule bed (140/20c0m).
it is not posisble to brnig pets with you.
the room
the room is loctaed in a 70m2 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor (no eleavtor) with new winodws, in a very queit but central residential area. plenty of shopping options and cafes nearby, we have a washing machine, a modern bathroom with bath and window, dishwasher and over, cooker.please call me before you make booking, for the 3rd person.the rooms will be cleaned upon departure or during your stay if you wish.
you can smoke on either of the two balconies.you can also use the common-room. the kitchen and bathroom are available for your use. we charge a €20 final cleaning fee.the rooms are completely furnished and each fitted with a flatscreen tv. you will find a parking space in the immediately vicinity.
