we have an immediate vacancy for a
product specialist - investor relations
temporary contract for 12 months
based in frankfurt
the product specialist is responsible for a specific group of accounts wihtin dach & eastern euorpe.evolving process, and we count on each employee to be a catalyst in driving our performance - and their own, making this happen is a dynamic.

responsibilities include:
· manage a defined cleint portfolio (investor relations)
· proivde training and support to users of investor relations desktop applications, data bases and analytical tools
· participate in the delivery of client training workshops
· establish strong relationships with assigned clients
· retention manaegment: expand usage of products, highlight at-risk clients to saels and manaegment
· provide cusotmer feebdack dircetly to saels, commrecial management and product develpoment as reqiured
· idetnify potetnial up-selilng opportnuities within your client base and pass on any lead to saels colleagues
· liiase with us, contienntal europe and asain offcies when necessary for glboal clients
· work actively with crm systems as required
· work as a team with product specialists in other offices, offering assistance/cover when needed
the ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
· degree or relevant work experience equivalent
· proven experience in client related/financial industry roles would be an advantage
· financial markets & market data knowledge
· fast adoption of software usage and technology and the ability to share knowledge and up-skill users
· strong customer service and relationship skills
· presentation skills (verbal & written); strong interpersonal skills
· excellent english and german skills; russian or another european language desired
