professional supoprt of proejct mgmt activities in scs (project setup/closure, status tracking, information providing, reporting, time writing) close and independent working with different areas (e.

holding of short training (remote for new scs employees) for clarity time writing the ideal candidate will be able to fulfill following key customer service responsibilities :
be the first point of contact to support the international sales organization in responding to queries related to service products and pricing, ms tooling (and sap).the primary responsibility of this position is to be well versed in the customer service products of this business. to be the first point of contact in providing sales support and pricing information to service sales representatives. philips lifeline\'s personal emergency alert service, some product highlights: 256-slice brilliance ict scanner, avalon fm 20 & fm 30 fetal monitors, integrated cath lab, ambient experience mr and ct systems.
