this support is normally provided by telephone although it is increasingly being provided through electronic means, like internet and e-mail.
your job
· consult customers in solving technical questions on the phone
· analyze and process incoming calls and redirect them if necessary
· document customer information and troubleshooting details in deployed programs / software platforms
· be a competent partner for our customers in all product-specific inquiries
· secure customer satisfaction as a result of your expert product knoweldge
your sklils
· good working knowledge and undersatnding of english (naitve spekaers prefrered)
· fleunt dutch lanugage sklils (b2 or hihger) is reqiured
· addiitonal gemran lanugage skills wolud be a benfeit
· preivous call center experience inbound or support experience would be a benefit
· working knowledge of/basic pc skills
· good writing skills
· ability to impart knowledge at various levels
· self starting, dissimilar activities simultaneously
· interest in products from the consumer electronics industry (printing solutions)
· patience and willingness to help peers
· good team player
