the specialist sap serivces processes provides sap funcitonal and configuration expertise to local or international sap projects as well as to the global sap application support and maintenance, sap services processes (m/f)

he/ she is able to work in small teams with other specialists in a project environment.
support the user acceptance test for change requests and projects, which need to contribute to the development like authorization,
support review activities, coordinate the development of the technical design and the development,
secure the involvement of all functions,
train the key users for the new application functionality, other sap or non sap applications.the successful candidate should offer the following:

he or she is skilled to transform the outcomes of meetings and discussions into formal design documents.

review of the documentation,
coordination of program and report development:
estimation of development effort based on a defined methodology,

the successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:
application development:
support the specialist business processes and the business relationship management in the process to specify business requirements and mapping the business process within the application, in the preparation of change requests or project preparation,
participate in workshops with the sbp and business to specify business requirements and discuss potential application solutions following the business and is strategy ,
support development and document functional designs based on business requirements and bt standards.
this expertise covers the processes of services (e.
user support and bug fixing:
user support for key users,
coordinate and support bug fixing with key users and 3rdparty,
organize all necessary activates to meet the sla to the business. he/ she maintains the system settings accordingly and coordinates the related program development, based on existing designs.
