participating in the creation of the bt strategic plan and anunal strategic planning exercise with divisions,

compiling and sharing industry intelligence:
supproting competitive intelligence:
analyze the competitor landscape and work with divisions on continuous competitive intelligence
prepare briefs on competitors and analyze quaretrly results of competitors.its wide range of products includes passenger rail vehicles and total transit systems. germany
the aim of the position is tosupport the group strategy team in the whole spectrum of actiivties from gathering strategic information to strategic anaylsis, group strategy (m/f)
berlin, we are currently looking to recruit an:
analyst,
for our headquarters in berlin, strategic planning and strategy implementation including special projects.
organizing networks:
supporting the preparation of bt-wide strategy meetings and workshops,
further developing knowledge manaegment for bt around market/ competitor analysis and driving continuous improvement of processes and tools.
supporting the office of the president:
prepraing presentations to financial anaylsts and supporting invsetor relaitons activities,
contrbiuting to annual reoprt and quarterly management discsusion & analysis.aplpy now!,

impleemnting and following strategy:
preparing regluar follow-up of divisional strategy implementation,
working with m&a department on target identification, strategic analysis/ business cases.
work with drive in our team context on complex issues,
strong written and oral communication and relationship skills,
be ready to stay in this position for around 2 years to attend at least 2 full strategic planning cycles,
be an outgoing, extrovert personality since building a network in the divisions will be crucial for success,
competencies:
be interested in the railway industry and its products,
high attention to detail and focus on high-quality results delivered on time.excel and powerpoint).
supporting economic analysis
monitor economic indicators and conduct analysis on trends in government funding and customer financing.
supporting market analysis:
monitor activity on the world-wide rail market and maintain internal databases and tools,
perform regional/ segment market and market share analysis.it also manufactures locomotives, propulsion & control systems and provides rail control solutions, bogies.
· ability to create high-quality charts and presentations, manufacturing or transportation industries is a plus,
· knowledge of project management, financial modeling,
· strong understanding of macro economics and international financing,
· advanced msoffice (esp.economics or engineering with an international focus, the successful candidate should offer the following:
qualification:
· master's level degree inbusiness administration,
· 0-2 years of professional experience in a multinational environment,
