responsible for contacting 100 clients per motnh through phone calls to identify business opportunities and understand what environment the client has, what equipment and sofwtare they are using and who they are purchasing it from. business updates and next weeks/months plans, should include pipeline review.

formulate a quarterly business plan including a clear calendar of activities.the es sme will also devleop the competencies of sales rep and tsr on these software proudcts, to attain this.

summary:
to deliver enterprise level software revenue by working alongside designated business units within dell to identify and close on the solution business opportunities.you will work as an internal dell subject matter expert sales representative to manage and grow the business in your respective smb region makret.
encourages others to stay up-to-date in their knowledge of what is going on in microsoft & dell. outbound program detials to be defnied by es sme evrey month (cusotmer litss, resaon to call, ofefrs, repotring).

the es sme misison is to develop the enterprise level software portoflio to compelment enterprise harwdare products for the regoinal smb market.
must enusre a contsant collabroative relatoinship with the stoarge sme\'s in oredr to compelment each otehr expertise and help each other drive complex opportunities to successfully close deals. partners, solutions, and competition
must have a proven sales track record in technology sales
uses leadership skills to build relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions using dell products and services,

assumes leadership role in keeping sales teams and customer accounts up to date on dell\'s enterprise technology, products.
coaches and supports others in resolving complex, high risk customer issues with dell solutions.these training are complementary to asg standard emea training program to cover specific business opportunity.

work closely with all of dell\'s business units providing regular training on software products.forecast and appropriate estimate
