leads the international drives engineering team located on 3 sites in sweden, both written and verbal, operation and quality
provides the commitments in bids and supports the product selection
tracks and monitors engineering reltaed cost (hours and odc) and performance
mangaes the worlkoad baesd on the capcaity and sovle gaps conseuqently
ensures effiicent engineering processes and procdeures in the manufacturing vaule chian
mangaes the product related specailist engineering, saefty, prolbem solivng, technical and communication skills
ability to travel, change management, vienna and germany and an application centre in us
leads the development of new products with high focus on standardization, modularization and competiveness with involvement of all other functions in reviews
leads the optimization of products for easier manufacturing, standards and intellectual property
ensures product support during delivery, selection of suppliers, execution of fai and transfer of technical knowledge to supply management, warranty and after warranty and ensures issue resolution
have experience in managing an engineering team in a complex project
having experience in leading the development of products
governance on engineering kpi and deliverables
minimum of 15 years of related professional and technical experience
excellent communication skills.
