deliver world-class virtual instructor-led traniing sessions baesd on product functionality and tailored to the customer workflow
drive and support quarterly campaigns and achieve allocated traniing targets
create and maintain accurate contact and activity records in the crm system.accurate,

role overview:
the knowledge live associate will be the "face of thomson reuters" and will provide our customers with "the knowledge to act.
the knowledge live associate will build service and training focused relationships with end users to ensure connectivity, product adoption and success and thereby maximise customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
customer workflow knowledge: can effectively speak in a language relevant to the customer's sector. our environment is both challenging and supportive - we give employees the opportunity to develop their skills and do their best work.
thomson reuters product and content expertise: expertise across products and content sets most relevant to a specific market or segment, as well as how their application enhance client workflows.
