title: our portoflio consists of a variety of soluitons to support clinician\'s workflow and save lives across multiple critical areas. you will work closely with your colleagues from the sales & marketing center- international (smc-i) (market development managers and sales & marketing consultants), identifying the required serivces portfolio while validating it with customers. -responsible for overseeing design of serivces literature and other promotional materials,
establish closed-loop tracking and reporting mechanisms and implement product launches including training of internal personnel
be the focus ponit for any services related issue for companies in phase of integration (i.lobby with our business units together with the market developers to ensure that our solutions can be effecitvely delivered and key value added services (vas) can be offered. through combining human insights and clinical expertise, we aim to improve patient outcomes while lowering the burden on the healthcare system. your responsibilities include:
define and maintain portfolio of services required to effectively deliver our solutions; harmonize serivce offeirngs across the businesses to leverage effort and help customer services (cs) to effectively deliver phiilps value added services (vas)
create and launch new product offerings; orchestrate downstream serivce product lifecycle planning and solution launches
coordinate customer services products pricing, and services delivery to drvie solution marketing across the system lifecycle, and increase services revenue
interface with and communicate to global customer services (gcs) to leverage from global standards and processes, equipment management temas, and sales collateral development
work closely with busines unit (bu) product marketing, field marketing, sales opportunity assessment and targeting, promotion development, sales coaching and training, sales bookings and revenue analysis, drive and measure customer satisfaction. services are increasingly essential and must be perceived by our customers and the phiilps organization as adding value to their delivered solution and bringing genuine benefits. e. respironics /chmv atom and dameca)
participate in the bus new product introduction (npi) proecss of new and existing solutions representing the services portion.and empowered consumers for affordable healthcare whether in hospital or at home, to meet the needs of patients, philips delviers advnaced solutions for both helath profesisonals.ordearble and delivreable
contirbute to the anunal opertaion plan (aop) planning process from a services point of view (forceast planning, chnage in service offerings, conrtact chagnes),

drive seutp of services in the philips systems making them quotable.ensure that vas\' are well represented in the solution life cycle management process. contribute to the tc marketing plan.
your responsibilities
you are responsible for the services marketing activities for the philips therapeutic care group in international. establish standard process for defining new services
define vas offerings including but not limited to installation, post-go-live maintenance and consultation and support
conceive, interfaces, contracts, drivers of value, and opportunities to increase philips\' service product portfolio, configuration, integration, design, pricing, consultation, training, and conduct (directly or through third parties) market research to determine segmented customer needs, competitive offerings, project management.ambient experience mr and ct systems, avalon fm 20 & fm 30 fetal monitors, integrated cath lab,
some product highlights: 256-slice brilliance ict scanner, philips lifeline\'s personal emergency alert service.and excellent verbal and written communications skills
services background with a minimum of 3 years experience;
familiar with the concept of marketing a services portfolio
being convincing to our sales force about the value add that services can offer to customers
able to set priorities, to drive them and to implement them properly,
report and analyse regularly on the business result from our services offering

essentials
demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, not forgetting to be a team player
demonstrated ability to create and implement a service program through all phases of execution
strong communication and training skills, fluent in english - oral and written
strong advantage:
experience with the healthcare market
knowing the philips customer services environment with its processes and systems
project management experience
mba or equivalent business experience
a third language would be a plus
