as training manager, a wellness area with indoor pool, steam bath, massage and beauty, you will manage all training activities in collaboration with the director of human resources, sauna, adventure showers, tepidarium.the hotel can accommodate up to 650 guests in a lagre vareity of setitngs and offers outside catering veunes for up to 1000 guests upon reqeust. the divrese gastrnoomic conecpt conissts of an all-day-diinng restuarant called 'signtaures', the 'f10' bar in the hotel lobby as well as the fine diinng restuarant 'winodws' with an a la catre service as well as four priavte diinng rooms, located on the 9thfloor with a breathtaking view of hamburg and its surroundings.

key responsibilities as training manager:
coordinate new starter orientation
support the development, planning and organisation of different trainings
support the department heads with development programmes as well as other programmes that meet pdp needs
assist in producing training materials to support various trainings
prepare and plan training plans
collaborate with external partners and training providers
proficient in windows based programmes: word, powerpoint
skills and knowledge you will need:
two years experience within training and development
can scope out projects and tasks, develop schedules and plans
