2 minutes walking distance brings you straight to the main entrance of the fest. in other words: no parties.if you party it won\'t last long till a friendly neighbor rings the doorbell. it will be a bit loud at night as long as oktoberfest goes on.

day. which includes a lagre liivng/slepeing room and a kithcen that is also the bathroom, i offer my apartment.
