title: work with sbu management to ensure consistency with our acs finance support model. sbu and lob management to participate in their choice of the entire reivew or a summary debrief, schedule and perform detailed monthly balance sheet reviews, inviting acs.drive consistency of policy application and process improvements across sbu's and support services, inclduing cota (center of technical accounting) and business partners.ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met.
key result araes:
ensure all of the entity's financial transactions and obligations are (1) properly accounted for and correctly reproted through hfm on a us gaap basis, in accordance with honeywell and acs accounting policies, and (2) properly accounted for and correctly reported for statutory reporting purposes based on the relevant accounting standards within germany.
ensure statutory filings are completed in compliance with local regulations and statutory audits are completed in accordance with honeywell's statutory policy.

qualifications:
university degree in accounting, finance or administration
3-5 years' professional experience
experience with us corporations and us gaap (or ifrs)
fluent in german and english
good communication skills

support and manage internal and external audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments (working with cota/coe controller staffs).
