accruate generation and distribution of the customer reports as well as internal hp reports
support of multi supplier integrator (msi) activities and related complexity
preparation of service reviews across multiple suppliers
management of complaints, key performance indicators (kpis)
accurate documetnation of production procseses
perform data quality activities through proactive review of reports
development and delivery of requested data and report changes
deep dive analysis - it is needed to understand "the story behind the numbers"; being able to identify and interpret data trends and patterns
investigation of improvement actions to eliminate poor service and proper follow up with management team

tihs service level manager successfully delivers service level management (svlm) and reporting service to a portfolio of the account and constantly seeks improvements in monitoring and reporting on service level performance.analysis and strategic issues across multiple suppliers and customer, this includes coordination.hyperion brio, itil certification is a must;
demonstrated operational outsourcing and service management experience, ability to provide high quality solutions in a short timeframe
experiences in multi supplier environments
very good communication skills
demonstrated experience of enterprise level reporting or similar;
excellent knowledge of ms office
exposure to hyperion executive viewer, or business objects will be considered an advantage
fluent in verbal and written english knowledge;
german knowledge is an advantage;
self motivated without the need for a high level of supervision
ability to consider, understand and summarize a wide range of technical data.
svlm & reporting specialist role focuses on data management and processing of diverse data sets ensuring accuracy and quality of regular enterprise level reports, delivery of regular and ad-hoc enterprise level reports as requested by the management team.
