must have good grasp of the entire contracting process from request for proposal, including contract law principles and negotiations

the position is responsible for ensuring that all business untis are aware of and comply with honeywell policies when entering into contractual arrangements and for ensuring that appropriate approvals are obtained for contracts in accordance with honeywell's schedule of executive approvals.
participate with business team in analyzing risks and proposing solutions to maange those risks, e.multi-national, highly collaborative, team environment with internal clinets and custmoers/suppliers based in locations throughout the world
strong experience in negotiating all forms of contract (includes dierct sales and distribution/sales agency, procurement of products and subcontracting of services, development and licensing) in the best interests of the company,
