responsible for coordinating relation with l&d asg team and partners to ensure best knowledge improvement of asg and s&p by setting up specific training .
encourages others to stay up-to-date in their knowledge of what is going on in trend micro & dell.pre-sales,
work with dell and partner providers management, delivery services desks, marketing alliance and channel organizations.and services,

summary:
to delvier enterprise level trend micro software revenue by working alongside designated business units within dell to identify and close on the solution business opportunities.
must ensure a constant collaborative relationship with the storage sme\'s, aes and scs in order to complement each other expertise and help each other drive complex opportunities to successfully close deals.
activities and metrics:
quarterly:
formulate a quarterly business plan including a clear calendar of activities.
scope:
the es sme mission is to develop the enterprise level software portfolio to complement enterprise hardware products for the regional smb market. you will work as an internal dell subject matter expert sales representative to manage and grow the business in your respective smb region market.business updates and next weeks/months plans, should include pipeline review.outbound program details to be defined by es sme every month (customer lists, reason to call, offers, reporting).forecast and appropriate estimate
communicate incentive updates (if running).industry or segment experience-sustained/proven performance,

weekly:
communicate weekly planning to ism\'s
present previous week\'s results (enterprise level software revenue sold by product per team) - highlight top performers and low performers and setup trainings with appropriate audience.these training are complementary to asg standard emea training program to cover specific business opportunity.
