education/qualifications:
degree level or equivalent in relevant business expeirence
required skills:
experience in the high frequency trading business and understanding of the reltaed business worklfows, chalelnges and isuses
project management experience and skills
consultant experience and skills in conducting/delivering projects and in pre-sales activities
experience in complex event processing (cep)
knowledge of the finacnial services market with at least 5 yeras of experience in the financial services indsutry
abiilty to enagge with customer on related business challenges/isuses, to lead a customer requierments anaylsis on thsoe issues and to design high-level architcetures for addrsesing thsoe requirements
expsoure to the typcial appliactions whcih autmoate thsoe workflows
abiilty to trvael
good engilsh language skills
experience with cep solutions such as streambase or apama
