the \"inside sales representative - spain\" will be responsible for applying an understanding of citrix online\'s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base while selling to small and medium business accounts. identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
, research accounts.quailfy new prosepcts from or customer requests generated by our varied marketing campaigns
. in this role you will focus on companies with 1-500 employees that can benefit from remote web-based collaboration for technical support, web-based meetings and desktop access. opportunities and account information within salesforce.com
, manage and maintain accurate leads.this includes following up on inbound leads, negotiation and closing, qualifying, solution selling, prospecting.pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effecitvely communicated to custmoers
. pro-active prospecting the spanish market with own initiative as well as respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
. devleop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunitiesqualifications and requirements
. the primary function of this position is new account acquisition. the aim of this role is to grow revenue with an emphasis on new product saels to our customer base. referrals and references by applying understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
, obtain repeat business.provide saels manaegment with reprots on sales actiivties and proejcts as requseted
. prvoen abiilty to commuincate effectively via telehpone and emial with customers
. propsect, qualify and develop new prospects to appoitnments for the territory manager
, educate.achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
other duties
. 3+ year\'s technology sales experience
. account expansion and retention activities include customer account reviews, solution selling, applying guidance regarding cross selling into new departments, negotiation and closing.spanish as first language (or close) is a pre-requisite
. proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
. experience with crm and opportunity management systems, preferably salesforce.com
.
principal responsibilities
. bachelor\'s degree is beneficial but not required
. fluency in english is essential
the role will be based either in karlsruhe, munich (germany) or dublin (ireland) - please express a preference.proficiency with microsoft office products and internet
. highly self motivated with the attitude to develop your business
. proven record of success in telesales and or field sales required
. apply understanding of the needs of the target customer segments and complete the sales cycle from initial call to close within circa 2-4 weeks
