qualification:

· five or more years experience in techincal soltuion design for complex it environments, ideally in commercial deals
· extensive project management experience in it environment
· in-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure (servers, operating systems, virtualization, data management, databases, management software)
· proven capability of designing data centre outsorucing proposals for large outsorucing opportunities ($100 million and above)
· proven track record of winning outsourcing opportunities,
· ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed.

role:
tower lead:
the tower lead is a member of the purusit (engagement) solution team in emea strategic sales centre engagements.
· coaches and mentors tower team memebrs.non-standard/optional/customized services)
· collaborate with hr pursuit function to ensure efficient use of resoruces
· collaborate with other engagement/pursuit functions to ensure scheduling and execution of delivery reviews
· support the solution lead and the pursuit team during negotiation (e.
· ensrues cost and pricing models align with standards and best practices.
· identifies resource issues and escalates to the solution lead.he/she is responsible for the data centre infrastructure tower outsourcing solution design throughout the engagement life cycle (from opportunity creation through contract signature until solution hand-over to the account delivery team), both for new customer engagements as well as for engagements with the installed customer base. can explain how does the solution meets the client's golas and objectives.hp needs to develop outsourcing soluitons that meet the client's outsourcing objectives, to acheive thsee challneging goals.
