The function Telepo is investing in building a world-class channel sales organization, focusing on ensuring sales through channel partners, such as Telecom operators, ISP\'\'s/ASP\'\'s/MVNO\'\'s, multi regional brands touching enterprises entering this area and others. This allows Telepo sales to scale faster and at lower cost than only expanding the direct sales force. Pre-Sales will provide technical and sales support for assigned accounts in DACH region in one of the most exciting and innovative companies in the industry. Your ability to act operatively as well as strategically will be of crucial importance for your success in this role. The location of the position in Germany can be discussed. The position reports to VP Support and Supply. Main Areas of Responsibility · Technical account manager for assigned accounts in the region · Pro-active work with Sales in DACH region to broaden pipeline, apply sales process and close new customers · Identify new opportunities and initiate first stage of a sales process, engage right resources and drive opportunities together with the sales managers · Technical qualification of prospects · Perform technical presentations for customers, partners, prospects and events · Communicate value Telepo solution brings to customers · Positioning, and design of hosted services · Ensure that signed customers can launch a service according to plan · Transfer required knowledge to customers and partners · Working closely with Sales managers on development of account plans and reporting · Produce technical account plans for assigned accounts · Pro-active work with Sales in DACH region to ensure that existing customers grow according to account plan · Maintain a positive presence with the customers to ensure a long-term commercial relation · Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services · Keep up-to-date on Telepo product, services and roadmap · Deal with small and large accounts at the same time · Documentation Requirements · MSc/BS (EE/CS) or equivalent · At least 5 years of professional experience and at least 2 years of experience in Pre-sales engineer position in Telecom · Strong technical knowledge with experience in Voice, Video, Mobile Communications, Fixed Mobile Convergence, Unified Communication, Collaboration · Experience of creating Solution Designs for complex communication infrastructures · Strong knowledge in VoIP and networking protocols such as SIP, RTP, HTTP/S, XML, SNMP, SSH, etc. · Experience of working with Linux and databases · Broad knowledge about competitive offerings in UC area · Some knowledge about OSS/BSS (billing, provisioning etc) · Experience of Project Management and resource tracking · Knowledge of SP marketplace, key drivers, industry trends · Ability to identify key individuals at customers and build trust and relations with them · Experience on how to build and present TCO/ROI tools and business cases · Demonstrated ability to execute and develop business through Channel Partners · Experience of solution selling within the Service Provider sector · Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management. · Excellent skills to isolate and solve problems · Strong relationship management skills Personal characteristics · Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment - can handle ambiguity · Ability to identify business opportunities and how to apply solutions · Customer focused, ability to coordinate across various departments · Strong commitment to the company vision, passion and business concept - inspired by building and developing new business · Unquestionable high integrity and ethics · Ability to transfer knowledge to other members of the team · Excellent presentation skills, including ability to adapt presentation to different audiences · Excellent networking skills · Team player Others · Excellent skills in English (written and spoken) · Fluent in German (written and spoken) · Ability to work remotely effectively · Ability to travel +75 days a year Please, send application to career@telepo.com .
