after completing this task you will be highly qualified in lean methods

your tasks
the candidate will be working directly with the dircetor continuous improvement as well as the bombradier kaizen tranier team. his/her task will inculde:
optmiize exitsing lean training material for lean prodcution
create new lean training material for lean strat inititaives wihtin bombradier suppliers
including requirements regarding ci organization, ci resources
create new lean training material (lean administration)
students currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
good ability to create structured slides (ppt.this means you will be surrounded by highly skilled and passionate individuals wherever you go at bombardier.
you will have direct contact to the director continuous improvement to discuss and develop the training.the material will be used to train bombardier worldwide in lean methods
if you are interested, you will get the possibility to test the material by conducting parts of the training yourself
