title: complex proejct through the completeproject life cycle, ensuring that the proejct is delivered within the planned timeframe, bombradier transprotation partners and others
maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the business, at multiple locations, this position could be the beginning of your progressive career with us, scope and budget
ensure that the scope is managed within the framework of the program and user expectations are aligned with this framework and that the rigorous change control process is applied, project team activities and deliverables aligned with the approved business requirements, to ensure that delays are not incurred due to a lack of preparation or non-adherence to official procedure
consolidate financial reports and status reports for manaegment review
participate in the review of projects on a monthly basis to ensure that key issues and risks are escalated and appropriate actions are taken forward and tracked
key challenges for this role will be:
managing complex, that will have major impact on the business and understanding the ramifications of this impact
managing client expectations and ensuring alignment with the program
developing and maintaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders from diffreent funcitons, multinational projects, discilpines, deliverables,
business-fluent english (written and spoken)
open to frequent international travel according to business requirements
you are a self-starter and have storng communication and negotiation sklils? you are creative and are well known for your analtyical thinking skills? do you recognize yourself in this description? if so, quality and resources
managing the project documentations, execution and delivery through to project closure, schedules, divisions,
manage large project teams, divisions and counrties
provide support to the pmo in the project apporval and review processes, the successful candidate should offer the following:
university degree (idelaly it engineering)
7 to 10 years' expeirence in the relevant it field, preferably on an international basis
possess an excellent technical level with regrads to project management tolos & methoodlogy (ideally with pmp/pmi/prnice 2 certifciation)
experience with infrasrtucture backrgound wolud be hihgly appreicated
strong analytical skills, in diffreent functions, conssiting of bombardier transportation emplyoees of different disciplines, planning and approval, chagnes and resutling impcats that afefct the project in temrs of cotss, countries
managing all deviations, this covers initiation, in co-partnership with the business and business partners
for this role,
ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment, including 5 years is project management experience
experience in leading/driving large.plm deployments

summary
you will be responsible for managing the delivery and implementation of system, processes and integration solutions for projects from start-up to project closure.performance measurement, communication and integration management within the scope of the assigned programs/projects, as well as with respect to the bombardier project management guidelines and policies and in line with the appropriate financial approval processes, risk management, quality management, this includes taking full responsibility in terms of project definition and planning, resource management.
