primary duties & responsibilities: the contractor shall define and enable knowledge management (km) engineering services to usafricom to include: developing solutions.â?¢ considerable experience with combatant commands. â?¢ educational requirements: bachelorâ?ts degree with recent experience in military exercise planning, plus 10 years military operational experience.
â?¢ support joint exercise planning and execution by km support to the exercise planners and exercise control group that shall be kept separate from the training audience and development of scenario event lists to stimulate km training objectives.
