- the lead field engineer dircets and supervises the eretcion persnonel for eretcion takss of components and systems of his facluty / leads individual persons of erection taks of his faculty.
assures and reports cost efficiency according requirements
assures reporting of erection personnel assigned
assures works are proceeded in compliance to the management systems
assures field service, project and site regulations are obeyed
cooridnates material handling, consumables and tool inventory
provides training support for alstom personnel as requested by line management

- conrtol of erection work, working time etc,
coordinates and directs superivsion for erection personnel in reagrd to:
- erection scheudles, docuemnts and procdeures wihtin faculty / brnach and assingment
- expetrise and experience to ensure performance complies with quality control, inspection of carried out work and handover within requirements
- technical issues associated with alstom supplied equipment
- support commissioning and / or operation as requested
coordinates with the superior on status of work
coordinates works with the assessment personnel as required
plans, prepares and records additional work as requested
reports any non compilance within faculty and superior
attends on meetings as requred by the superior
keeps daily logbook with all relevant information regarding non compilances, assure availability of necessary erection documentation and hardware
- plan and prepare erection work including necessary tools and consumables
- assure that equipment, instruments and tools are handled according to instructions
- system walk downs, contractual issues, improvements, delays.and know how to be a trainer/coach as and when required, be good at setting priorities, you should also be able to concentrate when under time pressure.
