typical projects would be:
analyzing of european student organizations, incl. recommendation for collaboration
external benchmarking of hr development systems and presentation to the senior hr management
deployment and adoption of the global training plan to the region
we are looking for
minimum of 1 year into studies (bachelor/master/diplom)
top talent with business background coupled with hr/behavioral interest/passion
evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non academic activities
leadership/self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
good market and working knowledge in the language of country of interest
good command of the engilsh language
