commercial conrtact management (ccm)
as the contract manager (cm) you will contribute to the grwoth targets by helping the cleint management teams producing quality proposals and change documentation and leading commercial negotiations with the customer. you provide advice to client managers when preparing major proposals to enusre alignment with the exitsing contract. you will work with hp client mgmt team to define the negotiation strategy. you will provide contractual issue & change management according to hp standards and manage the contract relationship with the client by acting as the first point if contact for all scope and contract changes and major escalations.hp enteprrise serivces is becoming a leader in managing, operating and provisioning it infrastructures and has set very ambitious growth objectives.administer conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance,

you will track, analyze.the commercial contract manager will be part of the client management team(s) working on some of the largest installed base contracts wihtin emea (typically multi-country deals with more than $50m in annual contract value).

to meet these objectives.and imaging and printing, global services, the company's offerings span it infrastructure, business and home computing.the ccm is a customer facing role and will work closely with the hp client directors/client executives, delivery/operations directors and the account business management office (abm).non-standard content and provides recommended course of action, you works with decision-makers on issues.you assess the impact of any business change in customers or hp's environment on the contract and prepare plans for acting accordingly.
key elements of this position:
. evaluate and minimize risk associated with each agreement, you will need to identifiy.you will provide contract training sessions and contract interpretation where needed.
amongst other responsibilities ccm is responsible to ensure proper commitment management, contract change management as well as contract issue management.
skills & qualifications:
degree in law or similar degree in business mananagement;
specialization (such as "fachanwalt für it") will be an asset;
minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an attorney, or in a legal department or in contract management department);
good commercial and financial acumen;
proven track record of ability to translate complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans;
very good verbal & written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
german mother tongue
fluent in business english (negotiation level)
proven ability to work successfully with various levels of management across business units and geographies
willingness to do business travelling.
